Delivery at a glance

All products are digital downloads. After successful payment, your files are delivered automatically using the delivery method shown at checkout. No physical product is shipped.

01Digital products only

EcomBrandGuide sells downloadable business resources such as PDF guides, checklists, spreadsheets, document templates and other digital files. We do not sell or ship physical goods. Shipping charges and physical delivery times therefore do not apply.

02When delivery begins

Delivery begins after Stripe confirms that your payment was successful. Most orders are made available within a few minutes. A payment that remains pending, requires additional authentication or is declined will not be delivered until Stripe confirms it as paid.

03How files are delivered

Your files are provided through the delivery method displayed during checkout. This will normally be a secure download link sent to the email address entered at checkout, a download link on the confirmation page, or both. The purchase confirmation and delivery message identify the product purchased.

You are responsible for entering a complete and working email address and for checking your spam, junk and promotions folders.

04File formats and compatibility

The formats included with each product are stated on its product page and may include PDF, XLSX, DOCX or other clearly identified formats. Before purchasing, make sure you have compatible software capable of opening those formats. Where practical, contact us if you need help identifying suitable software.

05Missing or inaccessible delivery

If your payment was successful but you have not received access after a few minutes:

  1. check your spam, junk and promotions folders;
  2. confirm that you used the correct email address at checkout;
  3. make sure your mailbox is not full; and
  4. contact support@ecombrandguide.com from the email address used for the order.

Include the product name and Stripe receipt or payment reference if available. We will verify the order and resend or restore access where appropriate. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.

06Download responsibility

Download and safely store your purchased files after receiving them. Download links may be protected, expire or be replaced for security reasons. A purchase gives you the licence described in our Terms of Service; it does not permit sharing, reselling or publicly distributing the original files.

07Refunds and consumer rights

Faulty, corrupted, inaccessible or materially misdescribed files are handled under our Refund & Withdrawal Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer right that applies to you.
