Welcome to EcomBrandGuide. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Ecomnory LLC governing your access to this website and your purchase and use of our digital products. Please read them carefully. By purchasing or downloading any product, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms.
EcomBrandGuide is a trading name of Ecomnory LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ecomnory LLC. “You” means the person purchasing or using our products.
These Terms apply to every order placed through EcomBrandGuide and to your use of this website. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Withdrawal Policy, which form part of these Terms. If any separate written agreement between us conflicts with these Terms, that agreement prevails.
We sell downloadable digital products intended to help Shopify store owners and freelancers assess and improve store conversion. These include guides, checklists, spreadsheets, document templates and Shopify section files, delivered as digital files (for example PDF, XLSX, DOCX and Liquid). Each product page describes what is included; the description on the product page at the time of your purchase is what you are entitled to receive.
Our products are informational tools and templates. They are not a bespoke service performed on your behalf, and they are not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.
All prices are shown on the product pages in euro (€) and, unless stated otherwise, are one-time charges for the product described. Any applicable tax and the final total are displayed at checkout before you pay.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you authorise Stripe to charge your chosen payment method. We do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is accepted, and a contract between us is formed, when your payment is confirmed and we make the files available to you.
If a price is shown incorrectly due to an obvious error, we are not obliged to supply the product at the wrong price and will contact you before proceeding.
Delivery is digital. After Stripe confirms payment, access is provided through the delivery method stated at checkout, normally by a secure download link sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for entering a correct, working email address. If you do not receive your files within a few minutes, check your spam folder and then contact us at support@ecombrandguide.com and we will resend them.
When you buy a product, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for your own business, including your work for your own clients where the product is designed for that purpose (for example, using the audit report template to produce audits for your clients).
You may not: resell, sublicense, redistribute, share, or publish the files themselves, in whole or in part; upload them to any public or shared location; or present them as your own product for sale. The files remain our intellectual property; you are buying a licence to use them, not ownership of them.
Our products are digital content supplied immediately after purchase. Where you are an EU/EEA consumer, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content ends once download begins, provided you have given prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. This exception applies only where checkout asks for, and you provide, the legally required express consent and acknowledgement before immediate delivery begins.
Independently of the statutory right, we operate a fair 14-day support-and-refund policy for faulty or misdescribed files. The full details, including how to request a refund, are set out in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
Our products describe established conversion principles and a structured method. Any outcome depends on your own store, market, product, pricing, traffic and how you apply the material. We do not promise or guarantee any specific result, increase in sales, conversion rate, ranking or revenue. Nothing on this site should be read as such a guarantee.
All content on this website and in our products — including text, layouts, designs, graphics, templates, spreadsheets, code and the EcomBrandGuide name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Ecomnory LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence expressly granted in section 6, no rights are transferred to you.
You agree not to use this website or our products unlawfully; not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or to Stripe’s; not to circumvent any access or payment control; and not to use our materials to create a competing product. We may suspend or withdraw access where these Terms are breached.
We aim to keep the website and downloads available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or discontinue products. Where a product is discontinued, your licence to files you have already purchased continues.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Nothing in these Terms affects the mandatory statutory rights of consumers.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: our products are provided “as is”; we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill; and our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of our products, to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply to the exercise of your statutory consumer rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction. However, if you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of those rights. Where those mandatory rights conflict with Wyoming law, the mandatory rights prevail for you.
If you have a problem, contact us first at support@ecombrandguide.com so we can try to resolve it directly. EU consumers can find recognised alternative dispute-resolution bodies through the European Commission’s consumer redress directory. We do not commit to participate in a particular ADR procedure unless required by applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. The current version is always shown on this page with its effective date.
